We spend our days helping senior leaders build cultures where people do their best work. So it's a fair question to turn back on us: what does it look like inside Two Degrees Below?
We've always believed we get this right. Belief and evidence aren't the same thing, though.
So, when Great Place to Work® — the global authority on workplace culture — gave our own team the chance to tell us anonymously what it's really like to work here, we paid close attention.

What certification means
The Great Place to Work® Certification™ isn't based on what a business says about itself. It's based entirely on what their people say, gathered independently and scored against a global benchmark. You can't apply your way in. You can't write your way through it. Your people either say it or they don't.
Ours did. We're now officially Great Place to Work® Certified™.
What our people said
Reading the Trust Index results made us pause. Not because it confirmed what we hoped, but because of the words our team chose. Here are some of our favourites:
"There's a spirit to this place, that is in the main created by the people who work here. It's special, it can't be bottled, or often explained."
"People are treated like adults and professionals so the level of autonomy is fantastic. You feel not only valued, but trusted."
"Two Degrees Below is the most welcoming, grounded and ethical business that I've ever worked for. A truly grown up and mature workplace that isn't afraid to have a little fun. There's no egos or noticeable office politics."
"Being encouraged to take time to better myself has made a real difference. Stress is approached in a much healthier way than I've experienced before, and the supportive attitude of everyone creates an environment where hard work feels motivating rather than overwhelming."
We didn't write any of that. We just got to read it.
Our team also told us where we can do better. We heard that too. This certification doesn't mean the work is done. It means we know what we're working with. And we're committed to it.

We’ve listened carefully to the results and we’re using them to inform real, practical decisions about how we work, develop our people and sustain our culture as the business grows. The results give us clarity — not complacency. They help us understand what to protect as we grow and where we need to invest more thought and attention. We’ll keep listening, keep acting, and keep treating culture as something we actively manage, not something we assume.”
Why it matters
People impact isn't a service we deliver. It's how we operate.
We work alongside senior leaders at some of the world’s most significant organisations, helping them navigate change, shift culture and unlock the potential of their people. We do that work with conviction. Now we have independent proof we live by the same belief.
What's next
The certification is valid for 12 months. We'll be running the Trust Index survey again, listening again, and acting on what we hear. The feedback loop doesn't close because we got a good result. It's how we keep earning one.
