They say just a slight decrease in body temperature can make you feel more alert – sharpening your focus, lifting your mood and boosting your natural energy levels.


The name Two Degrees Below came to Dani, our Executive Creative Director, during one of her frequent wild swims in the rivers, reservoirs and waterfalls
of Yorkshire. 

You could call it a moment of clarity.
