A space to be brave: where culture meets creativity
A space to be brave: where culture meets creativity
A space to be brave: where culture meets creativity

Dani Batty, Executive Creative Director
Ideas and innovation are the lifeblood of what we do, who we are and what we bring to the client table. And one catalyst for that? Meet the invisible force, culture. Shaping us and every aspect of who we are.
But why does culture matter – and how does it show up?
Cultivating collaboration
Collaboration. It’s a cornerstone of our culture. Why? Because it’s in those moments of togetherness where the best ideas happen. It’s where diverse perspectives meet and interact, and where creativity comes to life. In the space where every voice is heard, and valued. We don’t just say it, we mean it. We ask our teams to share openly, ideate collectively and build on each other’s thinking. It fosters greater innovation, but equally a greater sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
The curious case of creativity
Creativity truly is at the heart of everything we do. And collectively, we’re shaping our culture to nurture and inspire it. From flexible working to space to ideate, we’re creating the freedom and balance our people need to unleash their creative potential. We encourage risk-taking and trying something different. Being comfortable in the uncomfortable. And empowering each other to be relentlessly curious – to push the boundaries of what’s possible and to show up with creative bravery.
Fostering a growth mindset
Our world never stands still. Fact. A growth mindset is essential for us to stay relevant – to be the creators of the curve, rather than trying to stay ahead of it. Our culture encourages continuous learning and personal development. It actively embraces the idea of stretch, challenge and seeking out new opportunities. By fostering a growth mindset, we create an environment where initiative thrives and every potential setback is seen as an opportunity to learn, adapt and better ourselves.
Listen and speak up
We’ve got where we are today based on a foundation of trust and transparency. We believe in open communication, honesty and integrity in all we do. We have a true sense of respect and responsibility for each other, and for our clients – their people, their brands, their businesses and their customers. We create a space free of confines, where we can share freely, show empathy, take ownership and hold each other accountable.
Diversity and inclusion
There’s no lip service here, it’s a fundamental aspect of how we are. And being truly honest, diversity of thought fuels creativity like protein fuels a heavy gym session. We celebrate D&I in all forms, but more so, we invite it, with open arms and full hearts.
Culture for us isn’t peripheral. It doesn’t hide in the shadows or sit on the sidelines. It doesn’t watch from afar – it’s active, living, part of who we are, every day.
We don’t dictate our culture, we create the space for it to grow and evolve. It’s not owned by one, it’s driven by all. It’s where innovation flies, where creativity knows no bounds, and where real bravery and impact happen.
This goes for our clients too – the relationships we build, and the impact we collectively bring to their audiences. Culture enables challenge, growth and impact. And I cannot wait to see where that takes us.
